We typically meet over Zoom using screen sharing, so you can review vehicles, pricing, and options together in real time. For the best experience, we recommend joining the call from a computer or tablet so you can easily see everything on screen and ask questions along the way.

How soon will someone contact me?

After you submit the form, a member of our team will typically reach out within one business day—often much sooner. Your first conversation is all about understanding your needs and answering your questions.

Is there any obligation after I contact you?

No. Reaching out doesn't commit you to buying a vehicle. Our first conversation is simply a chance to learn what you're looking for, explain how we work, and help you decide if Honest Car Guy is the right fit.

No. While we're headquartered in Georgia, we help customers purchase vehicles nationwide and can coordinate pickup or delivery wherever you're located.

Do you deliver vehicles?

Yes. Once your purchase is complete, we'll coordinate either pickup or vehicle delivery—whichever works best for you. Delivery logistics are part of our concierge-style buying process.
